Great post arushi and you had listed all important nutrients and food options for kids to boost their immunity. but nowadays many kids are picky eater. and in this case, we have to find some creative ways to feed them properly with essential nutrients. my little one is picky eater..so I had taken lots of efforts like ways to find include veggies in diet in hidden form, make food visually attractive, and in fact, sometimes I used to tell stories about important healthy nutrients ( in fiction form) to inspire them, for eating healthy. also, timing is another important factor, and I always try that all family members have their meals on time. i think, it takes consistent efforts to inspire kids eat healthy and slowly, they learn its impotence.

This is a great list of different kids of food to build a child’s immunity. My son is a very lucky eater. I try to finely cho vegetables and he eats them . He is getting better slowly!.
